Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
Once cancelled, you’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We don’t charge for future periods once you cancel.

Refunds

We don’t offer refunds for a change of mind or for unused time on your subscription.

However, under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a refund or remedy if:

Forgotten Cancellations

We get it — life happens. Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds for subscriptions that weren’t cancelled in time. You can cancel at any point to stop future charges.
